Time to get out of the pool! This will be your first opportunity to experience SCUBA diving to its fullest. Check out the upcoming dates and locations on the lower left-hand side of this page.

For those who purchased our "Gold", "Silver", or "5-Star" package, the cost of the open water dives was included in the package price. Students who paid for only their classroom and pool training will have a fee of $145.00 for four dives.

Most of our open water experience dives are done on beautiful Long Lake in Clearwater County. They have a great campground with a small store, hot showers, and electricity and RV hookups. Reserve a site by calling the campground at 218-657-2275.

The Crosby Mines are located about 14 miles east of Brainerd and are a premier location for the completion of your open water dives. These beautiful freshwater jewels offer great visibility, abundant fish life and superb structure. Imagine touring through an underwater forest of trees teeming with fish. We often have visibility of 30' or more. The Crosby Mines are a Minnesota State Park. You will need to purchase a state park pass and/or camping permit as additional costs to your diving weekend.
